Multiple residents of a
small Virginia town reported seeing strange lights in the sky on Friday night.
The town of
Harrisonburg is considered a hotspot for
UFO activity where at least 50 unexplainable sightings of flying objects were
reported since 1964.
The most chilling
report of a UFO sighting over Harrisburg skies was made by Horace Burns, who in
December of that year, claimed seeing a 125ft wide flying object about 30 miles
south of the town.
“This is an unusual
sighting,” said David Moody of top-secret government research group Project
Blue Book at the time.
“If it was routine, we
wouldn’t be here.”
On Friday night, locals reported spotting flashing
lights over Harrisonburg, though some identified the object as a Starlink
satellite.
