A historic funeral home is for sale in Millbury, Massachusetts but outside it, the lawn sign warns: it’s “Probably haunted.”

Kristal Eucker wanted to be authentic with would-be buyers and instead of
posting the traditional “For Sale” message, she cited the paranormal activity
reported at the Turgeon Funeral Home.
“It’s been standing for
many years and certainly some history to go with it,” she said of the structure
built before 1850.
“Not sure if it truly
is haunted, but given the age, I suppose it’s a possibility.”
The building was
originally used as a residence before later becoming a funeral home.
It was last sold for $100 in 2001 but currently, its
assessed value is $514,000.
